Hi there,
I´m having problems understanding if my wife can Aplly as a Federal Skilled Worker:
My wife is a Secondary School Teachers (4141).
But if I check in Is my application eligible for processing? section I can only see 4131: College and Other Vocational Instructors
However:
If you enter 4131 in the noc page we can see the following in the last section of the occupation explanation:

Classified elsewhere
* Instructors teaching non-academic or non-vocational courses (in 4216 Other Instructors )
* Secondary School Teachers (4141)
* University Professors (4121)

I understand both 4141 and 4131 occupations are compatible.
Could somebody confirm these for me please?.

No, they are not. 4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors Your spouse is teaching in a high school, which is neither a college or vocational school.
4141 Secondary School Teachers Secondary school teachers prepare and teach academic, technical, vocational or specialized subjects at public and private secondary schools.
