Good day All
We are busy completing the application forms to be submitted in May 2013 for the FSW application, and I came across the following issue:
On the application form for the FSW Visa (schedule 3: Economic classes - Federal Skilled Workers) where you have to declare your previous work experience, you have to list your occupation along with its NOC code.
I am employed as an HR Officer, the NOC code of which is 1223, BUT according to my Job Description and my daily duties, I should be a HR Professional / Manager (NOC Code 1121 & 0112). Do I now list the Occupation which will be displayed on my proof of employment received from my employer (HR Officer - NOC Code 1223) or do I list the occupation and NOC code which is substantiated by my accompanying job descriptions received from my employer?
All 3 the professions are eligible, I just don't want confusion when it comes to comparing the Occupation / Job Title to the duties / Job description.
Any advise / guidance in this regard will greatly be appreciated.
Regards
Herman
