Can someone please confirm the NOC code for 'Technical Support Engineer' position
Here are my job responsibiities in the letter :

1) Assisting in installation , configuration , design and troubleshooting of converged voice , video and data networks
2) Setting up VMWARE servers, working with tough customers and meeting deadlines
3) Troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump, wireshark, firewalls including Linux firewall and iptables commands , VPN , IPSEC VPN etc
4) Interfacing directly with customers using Phone , web and email interfaces and working with others members of development and support teams to isolate and resolve problems

Also , my job requires a minimum of Bachelors Degree and I have a MS degree in Electrical Engng

Apparently , both the NOC codes you have mentioned require college degree or diploma. However , my job requires a bachelors degree minimum.
Hence i selected NOC 2171 which is more suitable , since it is more like an 'Engineer' role , than a 'technician' role.
