Which NOC code should I use,I have 15 years experience in the field of Software testing- worked as software test lead and Test manager. Also worked as Quality & compliance lead of IT systems in pharma domain.

The NOC you should use is based on the details of the duties you performed. We cannot know that. Look at the various NOCs you are considering and choose the one that reflects the work you actually did. If you actually performed all of the duties in the lead statement (critical) and most of the Main Duties, that's your NOC. No one is in a better position to make that decision than you.
