Hi guys, I have received my ITA from the recent draw and started to prepare all my documents
As I am now an outland CEC applicant, the employment record part really makes me anxious.
I claimed NOC 2211 pre-ITA so could anyone give me any comments for the reference letter to see if it fits NOC 2211
Here goes the reference letter

This letter is to certify that Ms. ABC worked as a
QA technician (which fits the Food Technician description under 4-Digit NOC code: 2211 Chemical technologists and technicians) at XYZ company on a full-time basis of
40 hours per week between the dates of
26/04/2018 and
31/05/2019 under my supervision. Her annual salary was XXX CAD including benefits.
Ms. ABC’s main duties and responsibilities during this employment consisted of the following:
- Conduct daily raw fruit and chemical solution sampling and analysis to ensure quality, GMP and HACCP policies are met
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of chlorinated water used in fruit production, conduct and analyze environmental swabs to ensure the company quality standards are met
- Prepare and carry out weekly chemical & microbiological tests, such as buffer preparation, antioxidant titration, separation of chemicals by filtration, media plate preparation and plating to assure the quality standards of the products are followed
- Analyze weekly chemical & microbiological test results to ensure cGMP standards are fulfilled
- Conduct calibration and maintenance of lab equipment such as pH meter, ORP meter, thermometer, penetrometer, and spectrophotometer
- Manage lab chemical inventory, make order for lab and sanitation chemicals
- Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations for developing new products
- Offer GMP Food Safety training to employees
- Assist in third party audits and developing company specific quality standards
