My husband has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer (4 years University) and his Job Profile or Main Duties fall under the category 2231 (Civil Engineering Technologist and Technicians) whereas this NOC requires a Civil Engineering qualification or a closely related discipline is usually required. Does it mean that Mechanical Engineers also can use this NOC code.
Can he apply under this category? He his working as a MEP engineer for Infrastructure Projects and has 10 yrs experience in this field.

If I look into NOC Code 2232 for Mechanical Engineer, it shows more of specifications for machines, in which he has no experience. So I m not sure with which NOC Code I should create the Express Entry Profile.
