NOC Code Confusion

Hi, I have a query on what should be my primary NOC code. Of the total 9 years work experience, I have first 3 years experience as proper finance oriented work in real estate sector itself (this involved preparing project cash flows along with liasioning with banks, investors etc.). However the last 5 to 6 years experience is into real estate property valuation and advisory work which involves property valuation. This job also involves financial understanding as I am required to work on financial cash flows for real estate projects.
Currently I have two noc codes: For 1st 3 years it is 1112 (Financial analysts) and for the more recent one I have used 1314 (valuers, assessors and appraisers). Confused as to which one to keep as primary 1112 or 1314?

Anybody with similar confusion who has got it sorted out? kindly advise.

I would choose the one which would be easier to get an employer letter. If you can get for both NOCs then carefully compare your letters to the Lead statement and jobs duties on the NOC page and pick the one that you think has a stronger case.
In any case as long as your letter can support the requirements for that particular NOC you will be ok.
