Hello,

Hope you all are doing well.

Could you please help to determine my NOC code as per my job General Summary and Job Responsibilities as per my Research it should be as per below, but I’m confused on precise NOC code.

Below are Job description details (I have attached letter form my Employer for reference).

General Summary

Verifies import information, requests clearance instructions and broker designation. Responsible for performing duties related to the processing of import paperwork, including resolution, tracing and tracking of problem shipments and updating and recording of shipment status to ensure the customer receives the best experience we can offer. Provides accurate information and assistance to customers requiring international shipment information.

Job Responsibilities

Researches and verifies the accuracy of all shipment information through the Broker System and ensures accurate broker identification and notification. Identifies and flags casual shipments defined as going to an individual importer and not a commercial customer.

Determines through the Broker System, whether Federal Express brokered shipments are to be processed as reimburse on delivery (ROD) and ensures that all special handling procedures are identified and adhered to.

Provides all clearance information to the brokers via FBC. Updates FedEx systems to reflect changes to external broker responsible for shipment clearance.

Contacts importer for broker information when not provided or in our FedEx system (CBS). Maintains and updates FedEx Broker/ Importer listings and files in the Broker System and records all data relevant to the importer account information.

Receives, records, and responds to telephone inquiries from the general public, call centre reps and the brokerage/importing community.

Processes discrepancy shipments such as refusals, returns, broker courier notification and return forms. Coordinates information on these shipments with FedEx Service units as required. Processes all return to sender paperwork and reporting of destructions to CBSA.

Creates and updates various trace types for package resolution. May be required to complete simple LVS entries.
