NOC Code 1225 or NOC Code 1221 or any other?

Hi, My Job title is Communication & Logistics Coordinator. It is the small educational institute so the list of my job duties is very long (listed below). I am confused to find a perfect match of NOC Code for my job duties. So far, I feel NOC Code 1225 or 1221 is a good match but I am not 100% sure. Any advise/guidance is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  • Creates Program Schedules for nursing programs
  • Communicates Draft Program Schedules when they are ready for review to applicable departments
  • Order all textbooks and student educational resources (i.e. scrubs, lab coats, stethoscopes, pen lights etc.) in accordance to textbook/supplies ordering guidelines
  • Maintain and coordinate counting inventory, supplies related to classroom delivery and swag orders
  • Conduct book handouts and ensure that students correctly sign off on book contract paperwork
  • Process Instructor requests for online quiz and exam reviews, print exams/assessments as needed
  • Order and distribute prep guides and classroom assessment tool codes
  • Communicate with the Education Delivery and Program Development teams as needed regarding student issues related to LC position
  • Communicate any textbook edition changes and updates to the Curriculum Development team
  • Support the Team Lead with coordinating and reserving/booking all external and internal contractor sessions including distributing and communicating online certification materials/instructions to the students
  • Deliver Fit Test certification to all local students to ensure that they are properly fit tested for practice education experience
  • Prepares and package student resources and course supplies for shipment required for program delivery
  • Ships program specific supplies for students in the outlying regions in partnership with the operations team
  • Prepare and support instructors for student orientations at the start of new cohorts and program
  • To include textbook handouts, student IDs, lab coat and scrub sizing
  • Work between campuses and administration offices
  • Support the Team Lead with Coordinating the Student Appeals & Disputes process, to include determining if there are grounds for the appeal/dispute, forming a committee, investigating the appeal points, facilitating the meeting, and preparing the student-facing response as needed
  • Support the Team Lead with preparing/creating formal written contractor delivery contracts as needed
  • Extra Duties for Lab
  • Maintains professional state of well-supplied labs that meets the needs of all the local programs utilizing the labs
  • Connects with the Lead Instructors for the Regional Sites to coordinate supply receipt upon delivery
  • Orient Lab Instructors to the lab, equipment, supplies, order request process and notification and directs instructors to their Manager regarding safety protocols.
  • Coordinates scheduling for the usage of the local and regional labs and notifies staff weekly for the upcoming 2 months prior to delivery of labs for review and confirmation.
  • Receives scheduling requests outside of predetermined Program Schedules
  • Communicates whether request is approved/declined
  • Posts a visual hard copy weekly/monthly lab schedules for local labs
  • Communicates electronic weekly/monthly lab schedules to all programs
  • Orders and manages the supplies for the labs through a detailed inventory control system organized by program.
  • Supply orders (Generic and Program Specific) – All Programs (Including but not limited to; gloves, gowns, masks, syringes, ampules, hand sanitizer, booties, bonnets, IV bags, needles, absorbent pads, luer locks, catheters)
  • Inventory of supplies including keeping track of Simulation Arms (quantity and location)
  • Order the required lab supplies for each program as directed by Managers using the appropriate Purchase Order process, after seeking approval through the Director of Campus Operations (as required).
