My title is a 'transfer specialist' with a Trust Company.
My reponisbilities include
1. Responsible for the verification, processinf and quality review of securities (shares, bonds, warrants) received for transfer
2. Requires strong knowledge of the following skills set
i. Understanding and correct routing of requests according to standards sets
ii. the receipt and processing of securities both urgent and normal via Depository
iii. Knowledge of requirments required for holders to replace their lost securities and its processing
iv. Processing of dividend reinvestment request including the receipt of optional cash payments
v complete understanding of estate requirements together with any other forms of legend transfers od securities requests including the removal of legends placed in accordance with regulatory bodies
vi. Solid knowledge of the securities transfer and processes as it relates to North America
vii Ensuring the securites issues requests to increase their securities outstanding capital is processed in an expediated and accurate manner.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS. I HAVE NO CLUE WHICH CODE I CAN USE.
