NOC clarification required for Quality assurance profile

Hello Seniors,

I am little bit confused about my NOC code and I unable to my correct NOC. my basic profile as below,

Total years of exp: 7 years
Education: Bachelor of engineering

1st job - work as Quality engineer-2.5 years ( Automotive Industry)
2nd Job - Work as Quality engineer-2.2 Years (Non-automotive ind.)
3rd job -Work as Senior engineer Quality-2.0 (Automotive ind.)
4th jon- Work as Ass.Manager Quality-6 months (currently working).

I have searched and find that NOC 2141 is include quality engineer job titles, However, job duties as mentioned in NOC 2141, which is not relevant to my profile.

I need your advise that which one is most preferable code for Quality assurance profile.

Quality engineers, be it supplier, internal production or customer quality do belong under this NOC.

Yes, you can not apply under Mechanical Engineer 2132. You need to follow job duties of 2132 to apply for that NOC. Plus your designation can not be "Quality Engineer" in order to qualify for 2132.

As you were working in automotive, that means that they must have your work description card ready already (one of the automotive requirements is that all work positions tasks must be described). You can use to get your duties.

1) 2232 Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
2) 2262 Engineering inspectors and regulatory officers
or
3) 2132 Mechanical engineers.

None of those is as close as the 2141.
Fist what they suggested is more like Launch Engineer or Developpement
Second is more like Safety responsible (which you are not for sure)
And the last one sounds again more like developpement.
You are clear supplier quality engineer so far I can read. For that 2141 is the closest you can get.

As a purchaser in Automotive I am in very close contact with Supplier or Customer Quality responsibles. I know their responsiblities rather well. I also know the difference between Development Engineering and Launch Engineer or the Production reponsibles.
What was suggested to you are either jobs that do relate to project development and project Launch
Or what does related to officially certified positions of Controllors.
However you do belong under 2141.
What you can do once you wo with either PNP or direct ITA, is to also write explanation what your duties to not contain in order to sort out the other proposed NOC.

He did that and he got answer, but that answer did put him under different specialisation.
