NOC choice! 4012 or 4011

Hello everyone,

I am confused for the choice of the NOC between 4012 or 4011
I worked as teaching and research assistant from 2010 till 2013 for full time in University and then got promoted to assistant lecturer for 6 months and then I went on a leave and came to Canada for PhD.
In Canada, I think I am under NOC 4012 but I don't know if that counts also towards EE experience as FSW. I always saw posts that people under study permit can't count their RA/TA experience, even if you pay tax.

I am now confused which NOC to use for my EE profile for my past experience. I have seen the titles and the duties and they can fit under both NOCs.

This is happening in all other NOC's as well

I mean, responsibilities are almost similar in similar NOC codes, but the Job titles are different.

Stay on one NOC and manage your Exp. letters accordingly.
