NOC Changed and now ineligible

I changed my NOC in one place but forgot to change it in the work history tab.

Now I got a message in my CIC account that I am ineligible to apply for express entry.

It is not editable either. All sections are locked.

Please tell me what to do to

You can try to e-mail them and explain situation. I've heard of cases where it was allowed.

I am not sure what the e-mail address is.

The only thing you can do now is to create a new EE profile. Nothing will work except this.

You will have to create a new profile. Again, how did you know that was the reason for you becoming ineligible all of a sudden? I believe that there might be more to it. Has your age increased? Has your IELTS expired? Is your WES still valid? Once there are changes to any of these things it will change your points and if it goes below the expected, it automatically turns to ineligible.

No nothing of that sort has happened.

I changed my NOC code under the occupation tab and forgot to change it under the work history tab. So these two tabs have two different NOC codes, which is why I think I am ineligible.

I am planning to wait for 2 days, if I am still unable to update my profile then what should I do?

1. Revoke my GCkey and delete this profile

or

2. Let this remain as it is and just create another profile?
