Hello,
I have received an ITA on the last draw with NOC 2133 (Electrical and electronics engineers), but after some doubts I contacted the NOC team to check whether the NOC number was accurate. Suprisingly, the NOC team came up with two different answers:
- 9241 Power engineers and power systems operators
or
- 2243 Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics
The good news is that the new NOCs are both skill level B, so my CRS points will most likely not be affected. On the other hand, I need to change my application From NOC 2133 to NOC 9241 which might look suspicious.
Is it better to:
- Decline the invitation, change my NOC and wait for another ITA for the next draw knowing that I am sitting at a CRS score of 494
or
- Just change the NOC in the PR application and attach a letter of explanation.
Thank you in advance for your valuable advices!
