I am soon going to start my application for
category :: Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)
sub category :: H1B Strategic Recruitment Stream (H1B SRS)
As per the email that I got canada immigration office , I have to be in Occupation under pressure list to be qualified.
Here is my dilemma.
When I file for H1B petition 3 years ago, some set of responsibilities were mentioned in that.
According to the H1B petition I would best fit as embedded software engineer NOC 2173(which is not in occupation under pressure list category).
But over the cource of period of last few years , my responsiblities in my current company changes and become more like of a software development manager i.e.NOC 0213.
My basic question is if I apply under NOC 0213(software development manager), but at later stage when I send my H1B petition documents , then Canada immigration services may create an issue, because as per my H1b petition I would be best fit for NOC 2173 ?
From your experiences what is the best approach for me ?
Please share your experiences.
Thanks a lot in advance.
