I just got promoted to NOC B from NOC C on an interim role in July, 2020. Would probably end up being permanent in Feb, 2021. Can I use this interim role experience to get the points needed or would I again have to work for another year after I become permanent? Also, if my interim experience does count, then what proof would I need to submit to show that I worked on an interim role since my payslip still indicates that I am an associate and for my interim role I am just receiving an allowance that is being represented as "Assignment Bonus".

Contractual arrangements don't matter as long as you can prove you performed the duties of a skilled NOC for the required number of hours. Your employment letter should indicate the date you began your NOC B job.
