NOC as worker and supervisor

Hello all!

I have the following work experiences under each respective NOC (from most recent to oldest):

1 year and 1 month (as of today) - NOC 1211 (Supervisor, general office and administrative support workers)
2 years and (2 months ) - NOC 1241 (Administrative assistants)
10 months - NOC 4032 (Elementary School Teacher)
10 months - NOC 4032 (Elementary School Teacher)
10 months - NOC 4032 (Elementary School Teacher)

My questions are:
1. Will my experience as Supervisor of Administrative Assistants (1211) count also under NOC 1241? (meaning, will I have an equivalent of 3 years and 3 months under NOC 1241, since the Supervisor of Administrative Assistants "may also perform the same tasks as workers supervised"?)
2. Will my work experiences under NOC 4032 matter? I'm asking this because one of my past employers under NOC 4031 did not provide sufficient information in the Letter of Reference, particularly the number of hours worked, and I fear that I might get lesser points because of this.
