My primary NOC belongs to the SINP Excluded Occupations list. Deck officers, water transport (NOC 2273-B).
Does it mean that I can apply for EE or it's just related to additional CRS points or what ?
I can see many threads here belong to people who share the same NOC with me so i'm really confused about it..
does the excluded NOC list determine your eligibility to the EE program or not ??
