Hi,
I am a bit confused about NOC and occupation list. Lets take an example of occupation Human Resource Managar (0112). Now is it important that the candidate must have a title determined in NOC code list? In this case, is it important that the applicant should be at managerial position as HR or any one can apply under this category with HR degree and HR experience (whether training or as HR Officer) which is included under "Classified elsewhere" with different NOC codes.
