NOC and ECA query.

Hi,

I am an aspiring FSW applicant. I need some clarification in regards to my NOC code and ECA report.

Following is my Job Title & description since 2012:

Warehouse Supervisor (2nd August, 2012-31st December, 2013)

Handled routine picking, receiving, shipping and packing functions in accordance with established work processes, encompassing both speed and accuracy
Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve team objectives as determined by the Warehouse Manager
To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation & stock transfer
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
Operated material handling equipment as necessary (Fork Lift), safely and efficiently
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Assistant Warehouse Manager (1st January, 2014 – Present)

Looked after the dispatch of all goods; assisted in packaging & sorting of goods; loading, unloading & storage of goods.
Established healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long term customer loyalty and worked towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently.
Handled subordinate employees by defining their roles & responsibilities within the company in the form of job descriptions. Conducted meetings at regular intervals in order to assess their performance and providing feedback.
To ensure all equipment is in good working order and to inform the Warehouse Manager of any repairs and maintenance requirements.
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of my team.
Maintained stock register of the goods according to requirements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Prepared reports & planned various strategies to achieve business goals and aimed towards the growth in business volume.
Other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

The other issue is regarding the ECA report, since my ECA report was done for two different certificates, what option should I choose while making my profile?

My ECA report reads as follows:

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor’s Degree (3 years)

Major/Specialisation: Business Management
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years)

Will Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be a programme of three years or more be the best suitable option to select?
