Hello , one of friend currently completing 1 year work experience as business analyst at X company and ready to file the PR by December end. The main question is can he stop working for the company and do other job after filing PR or do we need stick to same job until PR is processed. Does IRCC ask for any more documents regarding job after receiving the copr or acceptance of file.

Its best to stick as per my point of view in case they ask for any doc from employer. You can't rely on employer after you have left a company, do you? At what stage is his application?
