Hello All,

I recently received an ITA with a year's worth of experience working as a Sales Supervisor (NOC 6211) at a retail company in Vancouver. I have a strong profile i.e. good university, high CELPIP scores R12 L11 S11 W9 etc. but I am currently only earning 15.75 an hour. I am just wondering if the low wage would create an issue during my application process. My job duties are pretty close to the NOC job duties list. However, the median wage for my position is around 19 an hour and the lower end of the range is 12.65. Would this cause any issues for me? Thank you in advance :)

I think salary doesn't count, given that it is mentioned on letter and contract. Further hrs/week and job duties should be aligned as per noc, and should be listed on contract, offer letter or xp letter.
