NOC-5241, Self Employed, Immigration Opporunities?

Hi,

I am a Mechanical Engineer currently Self Employed into 3D Graphic rendering of homes(Plan+Elevation).

I have read that I would need a Degree/Certificate in Visual Arts, in order to Apply under the NOC-5241,

As my scope of work requires engineering software's , Does the requirement of an Arts Degree/Certificate hinder my chances of immigration to canada?
