NOC 5122, ielts: 6.5

Hello Experts,

Background Info:

• Primary Applicant: Me
• IELTS Scores Overall: 6.5 bands

Listening: 7.5
Reading: 5.5
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 7

• NOC: 5122
• ECA: WES (Due by April 16, 2019)-BSc Biotechnology, MSc Microbiology
• Husband's ECA: Under WES-B.Com, MBA
• Husband's IELTS: Should take (Targeted for 5-6 band)

With the above score I have calculated the CRS which is going up to 308. I was thinking if I should plan for PNP. I have checked my NOC with all the provinces and found it demanding in British Columbia (BC). I was wondering should I go with it. Can anyone suggest me how to proceed with the PNP for BC? Or is there any other way for PR?

Note: Planning to give IELTS for the second time after a month. Looking forward for receiving the valuable responses.
