NOC 4214 Early childhood educators and assistants

Hello friends,
I have a question. My sister did Bachelor of Commerce(B.COM), MAster of Arts(English) nd after that she worked as nursery teacher or preschool teacher for 10 years . Also she did 1 year course in NTT AND got certificate in Nursery teacher training as well. So can she apply under early childhood educator or assistant. What documents she has to send to WES for evaluation. I really appreciate your help.

Yes she can apply under express entry if she has an experience of more than 12 months as per school teacher.
But before you apply she has to get IELTS test score and get her educational credentials assessed.
You need to create an account on WES and create an order for all your post secondary degrees and diplomas.
After you get an order number, courier them copies of your degrees you want to assess. Secondly you need to Courier the transcripts of each year of all the degrees and diplomas directly from the university to WES.

Yes she got 6 band in all modules of general training. is it possible if i remove her masters as she haven't received her degree

Yes you can remove the masters degree from her education assessment. Otherwise Master in Arts is not gonna fetch any points as Canadian education system does not recognise it as a post graduate degree.
I am quoting this as a reference from fellow forumuties who have got their masters evaluated as 1 year of graduate study from WES.

Today I got an email from VO, stating that I am not eligible for PR as my employment (4214) and my education doesn’t match. Right now am working with call center, but before joining call center I was working as nursery teacher in India.
Also, they mentioned that there is no evidence of form 16 or income tax return & salary transferred to bank for 4214.
Lots of small nursery schools in India Pay by cash or Cheque, and that time I never bothered about income tax because salary was very low & that was the reason I moved to call center for higher package.

Though they have written in their email that they’re giving me last opportunity of 30 days to explain & provide supporting documents.

Can anyone in this forum help me……feeling very low, depressed, demotivated……feeling like crying….

Education related experience is required. If You have degree of education like B.Ed. then only your experience will be counted. Otherwise many 12 pass people are manager in companies. They can not apply to canada as managers.

Thank you for your reply Bakul..I understand qualification is required otherwise lots of 12 pass indian managers will apply.
I am graduate - though not in related field. am sure you must have looked at my timelines mentioned on left-
I got PER, AOR, DD encashed, also i ve applied for Assistant ECE - AND as per HRD Canada & CIC n all immigration related website of canada says I (Assistant ECE) does not need to have related dgree. I am suer u must have commented without reading my profile & entire post & without doing research - that's okay...Any senior or experience person please reply ...thanks....
