NOC 4165 OR 4012, help needed

I worked as a clinical research coordinator in a hospital - performing research testing on patients and also healthy controls, recruiting patients into studies and preparing documentation/consent forms and research ethics boards applications, keeping abreast of regulations . In addition to conducting literature reviews, maintaining databases, data management (checking for completeness and accuracy), analysing data and preparing reports for journal submission. NOC '4012 research assistants' seems to match however this is in a university setting not clinical, would 4012 be ok to use if I explained this at a later stage in the apllication?. Please help...

4012 is purely for schooling jobs.

Make reports and analysis of results please help with finding the noc. I have decided to go with 4165
