Hi all
I am new here and really appreciate your help. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Engineering and appointed as a lecturer in the same university same department. In the meantime, I got admitted myself as a part-time M.Sc student and got promoted as an assistant professor after completing my M.Sc degree. Joining as a lecturer to Assistant professor (to date) its already been over 4 years. My job was full time and M.Sc was part-time. is it okay or a big issue when they calculate my teaching experience as a full-time faculty.I chose NOC 4011 that fit for my job duties and responsibility. but I just wonder from someone concept that he mention if he added more duties than the percentage of weight is decreased but I think it opposite, can someone please explain this regard?

Also for WES do i need to add both B.Sc and M.Sc credentials or only M.Sc as i claim the highest degree ?

Thanks in advance

If all of that happened outside Canada, and you worked for more than 35 hours per week, yes, you can claim those years for work experience.

Having more duties does not decrease the weight. As long as your duties match more than 60% of those listed under 4011, you can claim that NOC.

You just need an ECA for your highest degree.
