I have couple of questions regarding IMM0008 - Schedule 8. I really appreciate your help.

CEC IMM 0008 Schedule 8

a). Section 3 :- Work in Canada --- Have you previously worked in Canada on a full-time (or equivalent) basis?
I came to work in Canada on deputation(Work Permit) from India on Feb,2013. It’s a full time.
`previously worked in Canada ` is a bit confusing that why I am just confirming. I am selecting `1 year or more` checkbox. Is it correct ?

b). Section 4 :- Language
I have given the CELPIP exam and got 5H in L, 5L in S, 4H in W & R. My advice is go for CELPIP; I found the test comparatively easy.
Question :- Do I need to staple the CELPIP result with this form ?

c). Section 5 :- Work Experience in Canada-
Before Feb 2013, I was working in India. DO I need to mention that period in this section?
- In the `To` should I mention date when I am going to submit or simply write using pen `TILL DATE` or `PRESENT`. Please suggest .

d). Occupation - Should I put in what is there in the WP or should I Putin what is in the reference letter?

e).Main duties :
- None of my duties will be able to fitin the space provided. Should I just mention that `Main duties are mentioned in the attached additional sheet`?
- Additional sheet :- Can I type the duties in the additional sheet and then take the printout OR I have to use PEN to write it?
- Can I put in all the duties that I am going to mention in the reference letter?

f). At the end, Can I put the `Date` using a pen ?
g). Which color pen should I use ?

b) Section 4: You don't have to provide another extra copy of language test result. No stapling ever, anywhere.

c) Section 5: Write Work experience only in Canada. Do not write any odd jobs or jobs which do not have NOC 0/A/B. 'Present' / 'To Date' will suffice.

d) Occupation: You can use the term that describes your NOC. Work permits are more generic, while reference letter probably has the exact designation.

e) Main duties: Use short words to describe. These forms are all Hand-checked. So you can use extra space if needed. At the beginning there is instruction about this. It is better to type the whole forms. So it is less pressure on the visa officer. Your reference letter should have all duties - this is a very important document for CEC.

f) Yes you can Write the date using pen.

g) Black.

a) Yes. Its correct
c) Instead of keeping "present" I wrote date on which I a sent my file. But both are ok.
e) I attached annexure instead of using another sheet. I just copy pasted my duties in a piece of paper (printed not handwritten) with few information above like NOC, Date worked, etc.

That's what I did. I agree with iamroth in other questions.

Hi - The form mention at top "make enough photocopies for your need". Why we need extra copies ??

For section 5 - Work Experience, I haven't photocopied the form but I have made a table similar to the form in microsoft word and have filled in the required duties in it. Will that suffice ? Also, Do I need to sign and date the additional word sheet?

Not sure if you have to, but I signed and dated every additional sheet I attached
Plus at the top I mentioned:
Name:
UCI:
Form Name:
etc.

Not sure if all is needed, but it sure looked nice

Fill the space with as much of the name as possible. If it was my application, I would attach a small two sentence letter and point out that the name is not complete due to missing space and put the full name in the letter.
