you have to give you NOC code firstly, then we can check it.

btw are you open work permit or close work permit, if close, you need you NOC on your LMO ?

if no LMO , do you using NOC when apply work permit, if use it, then use the same one.

if not , you can pick the one which match your job duties.

the last one

Helping new recruitment integrate with the team equal to : May supervise other technical support workers in this group ?

looks suspicious for me . hiring like HR job, here supervise would mean technical related help , right ?

and

Investigating, diagnosing and solving vendon's software and hardware faults. vendon is vendor ?

equal to ?

Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions

it depends on how to understand the implement solutions ? which including coding or not . in my opinion. I will avoid write like this .

so

Participate in the redesign of applications and other software

match which one ?

the save way is , try to match all the items in 2282 . and try to avoid add unnecessary items. but yours must be detailed enough and describe in another way but not too different to be understand as others. . e.g you can give software name in your duties.

Hello thank you for all your help..i have already provided u +1 :)

I will research more and modify it accordingly

Hope I didn't make you feel depressed. I don't why I am so good to make others depressed. I am not original english speaker, so I won't give suggest by writing one for you .

maybe you can wait others who are very good at english to write a version for you , based on your updated or current one.

your update's key words is till hiring , but hiring doesn't mean supervise.

if other workers have issues with customer, do they looks for help to you? or if they need make a difficult decision, they will ask help for you ?

redesign not equal to testing and evaluating.

redesign mean start from scratch, but test and evaluate means something already existed. do you agree ?

hEY NO NO U DID NOT MAKE ME DEPRESSED AT ALL...

I understand your point...but i can not take the exact same word from the website right... ? That is why i made it sound similar..thats it..

Yes, I see, we can wait someone who is really good at english to pick words carefully. also if you know someone who is not familiar with software to check it. would be an option.

because if someone who have no knowledge about software can understand it and agree they match each other. it would sounds good, right.

just let you know, I spent 2-3 weeks to update mine again and again.

The lead statement is critical, I don't know why everyone ignores it. Please help the VO accept your NOC by providing more context!

This is the lead statement of the NOC:

Technicians in this group provide first-line technical support to computer users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware and with computer applications and communications software. They are employed by computer hardware manufacturers and retailers, software developers, in call centres and in information technology units throughout the private and public sectors. Technicians in this group are also employed by independent technical support companies or they may be self-employed.

Let's break it down - Summary statement of duties:
"Technicians in this group provide first-line technical support to computer users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware and with computer applications and communications software."

Summary statement of work context/industry/situation:
"They are employed by computer hardware manufacturers and retailers, software developers, in call centres and in information technology units throughout the private and public sectors. Technicians in this group are also employed by independent technical support companies or they may be self-employed."

So add something to the introductory paragraph like -
"We are a technical support company that provides computer support services to TYPE OF BUSINESS CLIENTS in PROVINCE (or other GEOGRAPHICAL Area). Our Technical Support Analysts help employees at our client locations resolve problems with computers and software."

Obviously you revise this as needed to fit your situation. But this does two things - it provides industry context and a summary of the work you do, in lay terms. And it helps the VO (someone who does not work in your industry) to link your job description to the lead statement. Simple words like "computers" do not appear in your job description.
