• Troubleshoot and Administer network user accounts and objects on the servers to ensure proper authentication and authorization to various network resources.
• Deploy and publish applications and resources to Zen App / Zen desktop consoles based on the service requested and also maintain their life-cycle by ensuring compliance.
• Work on Incidents escalated by the first level support (related to Windows and Citrix servers) and provide problem solving solutions and/or work around to the end user.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) by closely monitoring the metrics indicating levels of service thereby ensuring high availability of the systems.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure effective resolution by making changes on the concerned server administration consoles thereby avoiding re-occurrence of the issue.
• Follow up to validate all the servers are installed with latest patches to reduce security vulnerability.
