I am an experienced HSE professional with 8 years of experience in professional companies. I am interested to apply in express entry. I would like to know wheather relevant education qualification is required to apply for express entry.

I have completed 10+2 education from india. I have read in the website that, it is not mandatory for experience candidates to evaluate degree?

1. With no formal education past high school it is unlikely that you would qualify for express entry. Take the eligibility test: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

Credential evaluation is mandatory for Federal skill worker class. For Canadian Experience Class, you do not need credential evaluation, however, you will not receive any point for your education.
