Lately, I came to know that occupation code NOC 2174 and NOC 2172 have been listed in demand list of 2019 for ONTARIO PNP.(https://oneclickvisas.com/canada-immigration/ontario-occupation-in-demand-list/). As am working as an Clinical SAS programmer, so in either of one i can apply for the same but which would be the appropriate one 2174 or 2172.
Moreover, I appeared for IELTS and scored L - 9, R - 7.5, W - 6.5, S - 6.5. With this score and adding in my wife IELTS scores as even she will be accompanying me as dependent. I ended up with 402 in CRS calculation.
Now my question here is,
Q : Seeing my occupation listed in the demand list can I apply for the nomination certificate which can fetch me 600 additional points in CRS or it wont work like that.
OR
If i apply with this score in Ontario PNP seeing the demand list do i stand a chance of getting an invitation with 402 CRS score or else I need to reappear IELTS for scoring 8,7,7,7 and only then will be able to get through.
