noc 2174 confusion

i have done bachelors in multimedia and job experience in graphic designing only----which is under classified elsewhere(Graphic designers and illustrators (5241). can i apply for pr on this bases. plz reply me soon. i am very confused.

Only occupations in the list are eligible for permanent residency under FSW program. Classified elsewhere is a boarder classification related to the NOC , you can count the experience to increase your points but the occupation doesn't qualify for the PR application.

It's too late to apply for NOC 2174 without a job offer. CIC is only accepting 1,000 applications for this NOC. They have already accepted almost 500 applications for this NOC and are still working on applications from May.
