NOC 2174 ( Computer programmers and interactive media developers)

Hi everyone
I am new to this forum. I am interested to apply under FSW plan. But I don’t have much knowledge about this process.
My colleague refer me to this site.
I am Master in Computers (MCA) and I had consulted with one consultant about my application on point basis under FSW plan. He told me that I fall under 2174 Noc (Computer programmers and interactive media developers). So please seniors guide me the eligibility criteria.

Hi Mujeebkhan,

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry to say that CIC is no more accepting applications under 2174 category since the cap of 300 applicants has been reached at the end of May 2013.
You are now eligible to apply under 2174 for FSW only if you had a valid job offer in hand from a Canadian employer.

Low percentage in academic.


Hi everyone
I am interested to apply under FSW plan to canada. But I don't have much knowledge about this process.
My colleague refer me to this site.
I am Master in Computers (MCA) with 1st division and my acedmic percentage is low.I have 3rd division in my 10th,12th and graduation.
So please seniors guide me whether am i eligibility for immigration.

Your question has already been answered.

You are not eligible to apply. If you want to apply through the FSW program now - you need a job offer in Canada to qualify.
