Hello,

Recently cic rejected my application since it is missing my job duties in my application.I have a job title as software designer and i was wondering what to make my manager sign on to prove that i am eligble for noc 2173 and prove my work experience. Is it enough to just show the salary start and end date and just copy paste the noc 2173 duties and make my manager sign on it?? I copied pasted below the duties similar to the web!

You should most definitely not copy and paste the duties. You should get your manager to describe your actual job duties - if you are having trouble matching the duties to the NOC code you selected, then you may have selected the incorrect code.

Eligibility is based on the job duties, not job title. Sometimes your job duties better matches a NOC code that doesn't list your job title. You can email the HRSDC (http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/SendUsEmail.aspx) with your duties, and ask for them to help assess your NOC code.
