NOC 2173 or 2174?

I need help for choosing NOC. Should I select NOC 2173 or 2174 for my position as a Full-Stack Software Engineer?

Anyone here working as a Full-Stack Software Engineer?

In the page of each NOC see the list of main duties. Count how many of those matches with your work experience. Compare the percentage of matching work duties between those 2 NOCs. Go with the higher percentage. If percentage is similar - then choose any of those 2.

In some provinces (Ontario) you should be P.Eng to call yourself an engineer. Software engineers is kind of exception, since they don't need to sign drawings, etc, etc. But yet, it could be a problem if you're applying for OINP.
