can someone tell me,
Is bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline
Mandatory.

I did bachelor's degree in Electronics, but working as software engineer for past 5+ years.
Will this be a backdrop for me

This will not be an issue to apply for PR provided your bachelor degree is assessed and found to be equivalaent to a Canadian degree.
