NOC 2147...what are my chances?

As you all know...the CAP was reached for two categories...

as for NOC 2147, and according to CIC website...which was updated on 23-8-2013...they received 116 complete application...

my application was delivered on the 13th of August, 2013...

what are my chances?

I think ur chances are bright. That you have already submitted, you dont need to worry provided all the required documents are included in your application so that it will not be sent back.

I am also being optimistic about my NOC 2147 application because I have just submitted mine this month too.

don't worry noc2147 is on a slow pace atm, you will go through it.
