I applied in NOC 2147 but i was too late. My application reached there on 25 Sept and i can see that NOC is almsot done with its CAP. Now i am planning to apply for quebec program. By what time can i expect them to confirm my applicatio.ns cancellation so i can apply further.
Also, when will they send me my courier back so i can use my IELTS scorcard and how do i get refund of the money i have sent them.
