What are my chances of getting NOI from alberta PNP?
I am an applicant from INDIA and my CRS score is 494 and my NOC is 1311.
My husband's real sister is a Canadian PR and will also get her citizenship this month.

Does NOI chances improve with job offer like LMIA?
If yes, what are the sites where can I apply for job?

Wow…494 is an amazing score! Assume you have submitted a profile already. You have a good chance once Express Entry draws resume. Alberta is possible if your NOC is selected.

I don't understand. First you say 494, then 424? What?

You have next to no chance for an LMIA as NOC 1311 isn't something employers desperately seek overseas labour for and you have no Canadian work experience, so they wouldn't hire you.
