Hello everyone,
I am working with the broker that deals with heavy equipment financing and my job duties are :

  • Transcribe and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Sort and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments.
  • Liaise with all internal staff regarding administrative duties
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
  • Sound understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software
  • Train office staff in procedures and in use of CRM software.
  • Prepare client materials and documentation
  • Monitor and Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Answer phone inquiries, incoming E-mail and direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of the business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
  • Compile data, statistics and other information

Please advise :
1.) Is it right NOC that I have chosen?

2.) My 1 year of work experience will complete this Sep 2018 ( Work permitted started in Sep 2017) and my employer provide T 4 in feb2019.I had completed my Co-op in the same company and started working since April 2017. I am known with this fact that my Co-op experience won't count for my express entry. My concern is as I wont have T4 , NOA till Feb 2019 ( that will show tax deducted for a year for which I am claiming my skilled experience under NOC B) -

Can I use T 4 and NOA for 2017 while filing express entry this sep ?

2 - Yes, you can. Other than the mandatory reference letter you can also include pay stubs.

I don't get involved with choosing NOC's so i'll let someone else answer your other question.
