Hi everyone,

I have my ITA for express entry CEC. I’ve heard so many horror stories about if you get wrong NOC you can get refused and now am worried about mine.
I have around 16months experience in mix NOC’s but mainly same role and industry.

I was employed as assistant manager at a property management company and choose NOC 1224 with the following duties

Assisted in the hiring of new building support staff, including front desk workers, building services workers and tenancy support workers.
• Provided training to new staff, ensuring they knew and understood and acted in accordance with company & building policies.
• Planned and scheduled building staff to meet the work demand and building needs, and arranged cover by utilizing the relief staff list.
• Supervised a unionized team, delegated and prioritized tasks to front desk workers, building services workers and tenancy support workers. Monitor staff’s workload and followed up on progress of tasks.
• Reviewed and monitored contractors work assigned to tasks within Hotel Canada e.g. pest control contractors.
• Responded to emergency calls related to tenants and/or building safety. Ensured any follow up action was completed to resolve emergencies.
• Showed units to prospective tenants as referred by BC Housing, completed rental agreements with tenants and other leasing paperwork as required.
• Coordinated tenant move in and move outs; carried out move in inspections and move out inspections. Retaining any or all damage deposit for remedial work if unit is damaged.
• Processed tenant’s rental charges and damage deposits by cash and/or cheque.
• Organized tenant events and initiated new tenant programs to support tenants.
• Planned reactive and preventative maintenance to units working with our in house repairs team but also liaised with external contractors. Monitored and tracked progress to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Produced reports as requested by the manager by use of excel and other formats.
• Supported the manager in hosting team meetings and team building activities.

My majority of my experience though is in 1221 again in a property management company as tenant services coordinator. Following duties

• Managed the day-to-day property management office administration operations, ensuring procedures were followed. Where office efficiencies could be found, reviewed and put those new practices into place.
• Managed tenant communications via letter, email, telephone, and updating information on tenant's portal by WordPress.
• Reviewed tenant maintenance and janitorial requests. Set the priorities and delegated work to building operator and janitorial staff. Following up to ensure completion when required.
• Coordinated and managed office and building contractors, arranging security guards, printer technicians, booked large garbage removals, standard waste collections and ordering of office supplies.

• Oversaw tenant move in and move outs. Coordinated and planned security, building access with office hours, ensured moving companies had proper insurance and their WorkSafeBC coverage was up to date.
• Accounting support. Processed and coded invoices, input data into excel and tracking reports, created, and issuing of tenant chargebacks. Following up with tenants when there were outstanding invoices.
• Supported commercial property manager in collection of data for reports that were presented at monthly management meetings and ad hoc reports as required by the senior management team.
• Project managed small tenant improvements, arranged quotes, contractor access (fobs and keys), monitored the cost and processed invoices and created charge backs to tenants. Followed up with tenants to ensure satisfaction with work completed.
• Coordinated janitorial and maintenance inventory supplies, ensured janitorial team had enough supplies and ordered more when required. Reviewed janitorial supply costs as needed and sought new cheaper suppliers to keep within budget.
• Assisted the commercial property management with the supervision of building management contractors (i.e., janitorial staff, cleaning services, minor projects, locksmith etc.). Directed the day porters on day-to-day duties.
• Reviewed janitorial performance, carried out spot checks, attended monthly janitorial contract meeting and joint janitorial inspections.
• Managed office reception duties, greeted all guests, received, and directed calls to relevant staff and ordered office catering supplies for lunch and treats.
• Responded to any emergency calls from tenants during working hours and coordinated building operator attendance as required.
• Managed building security systems and access controls.
• Reprogrammed door access times and updated access fobs for tenants and contractors.
Reported any security breaches to the senior management team. Reviewed and exported CCTV footage when required.

Are my NOC’s accurate??? So stressed I understand this is a lot of information and appreciate any help.
