My job duties:
-collaborates with the logistic activities of the workplace.
-receiving material requests and create requisition of materials for the client
-coordinate with inventory staff to execute shipping.
-organize logistics for delivery of materials.
-plan and coordinate with third-party vendors to procure products and services required for the client.
-monitoring stock levels and providing updates of clients forecast/schedule
-communicating and ensuring compliance of safety standards
-ensuring workers are following right work procedures
-supporting workers with issues related to computing systems.

- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
