NOC 1123: No, update after 22nd,Oct'14 charging... applicants with 90+/100+ days, still waiting for charge...

How long to wait for Charge CC/DD ? kindly share your views ...

my application was received on the 31st DEC. I called CIC just now and the lady I spoke with asked me if my card has been charged already , my reply was No. I tried to enquire more but she advised that it is too early for my application at this stage and also it might be that my file has not been opened yet. she could not give any specific time frame of when they will charge my card. At least am happy with the answer for now
