NOC 1114 " ACCOUNT MANAGER" / "FINANCIAL PLANNERS"

I am a commercial banker (Relationship Manager) in an MNC company and applying for FSWP Canada, under the NOC 1114 for "Other financial Officers". Can someone please confirm whether the code is applicable, as in the NOC description, it says "Financial planners develop personal financial plans for clients".

I am confused whether this code applies only for managers managing individual accounts or whether it is applicable for managers managing commercial or institutional relationships as well ? Will be grateful if some expert member can clarify on this matter.

I am in the same boat.

I am working for a corporation and I am doing financial planning. But I don't know if I can apply under NOC 1114 or not!

I'm a banker too, though applying under another NOC.
In my opinion, it doesn't matter much if you provide financial planner services to individuals or to corporations/institutions. If it's clearly stated in your reference letter that you performed tasks of financial planner - you're fine. Ideally your role duties should match those stated for 1114 NOC.

I have applied using the same NOC code 1114 and I am a banker myself.
And yesterday we received our PER. Awaiting for AOR...

hope NOC 1114 is relevant to us...

anybody from corporate banking (stream applying under 1114) landed in canada??

I am currently in the gathering info phase and would appreciate if you could tell me what sort of job duties/responsibilities did you have?

I myself am an RM in corporate/commercial banking which includes account/portfolio management in relationship with NOC code 1114.

Need your help in calculating my points for work experience .

Started working from April 2010 to May 2015 ,
then i got married and moved to different country and looking for Job.
Started job on contract from Mar 2016 untill Dec 2016 , and
then Fulltime with same company from Dec 2016 till now.

So how many points i can claim , appreciate your help?

Also i was working as financial planning and analyst and later switch to budget analyst and now working as Asst finance controller will 1114 also applicable for me or 0111 ?
