NOC 1112-----1000 cap filled before application delivery

Good day all,
Please, I had already sent my application for NOC 1112 early this month before the number of applications received was updated to 1000 cap. My application had already been in transit before this update. Please what do I do knowing full well that the 1000 cap has been reached before the receipt of my application?
