I am applying under CEC NOC 0621 as a branch Manager because my tilte is branch manager and my duties are listed below. I just wanted to confirm my job duties go with noc 0621?


Job Duties:
• Provide and ensure quality Customer Service is consistently delivered and handle and resolve all customer issues at store level and if necessary get District Manager "DM" involved.
• Under direction of DM, ensures all government laws and regulations pertaining to the business are adhered to.
• Protect and manage company assets including the safety of employees.
• Recruit, train and develop sufficient staff to meet operating objectives and schedule staff to fit business needs through the effective use and management of ADP ezLabour Manager.
• Provide continual supervision, employee feedback, progressive discipline to staff, documenting performance through the active use of the Managers eBook as well timely and accurate Performance Reviews to staff.
• Hold staff meetings once a month taking minutes and posting these within the store.
• Prepare and submit recommendations to the annual operating plans for the branch.
• To meet or exceed quarterly revenue and KOP targets through the fiscal year and to review quarterly earning statements to ensure corrective action is taken when operating targets are not being met.
• Maintain proper accounting procedures and ensure all reporting is completed in a timely fashion. Maintain sufficient amounts of cash while adhering to cash limits and strictly complying with cash controls.
• Coordinate and carry out chargeback/collection activity and complete all collection related tasks assigned by the DM or other Collections Management.
• Adhere to all aspects of company policy related to operational security.
• Motivate and encourage teamwork with/between employees through in-store staff incentives.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and report findings to District Manager.
• Implement Head Office Marketing Plans and ensure executions of all promotions are prepared in a timely manner and meet company standards and expectations.
• Maintain all obligations as per leases and other contracts.
• Maintain branch appearance and cleanliness.
• Keep District Manager informed and completes all tasks as directed by the District Manager.
• Maximize productivity and sales through marketing, customer service, payroll management, and daily operational cost control.
• Maintain an organized filing and follow-up system to ensure there is proper written documentation to fulfill responsibilities.
• Open and close the store as needed working a minimum of two weekends a month.
• Forecast weekly numbers such as customer counts, labour hours and revenue.
• Implement, maintain, and reinforce all audit policies and procedures regarding cash handling, inventory (negotiables), security and service standards.
• Achieve the minimum standard on compliance to customer service standards through internal and external measurements based on the current fiscal year objectives.
• Achieve continuous, measurable improvement of audit results throughout the fiscal year.
• All other job related duties as directed by Management.

LOL, in my opinion, it will be impossible for the reviewing agent to determine what you do.

First, give a statement about the kind of company you work for, the products/services sold, who the customers are.

Then, reduce the bullet points by at least 50%, if not more. You should have 5-6 main duties/responsibilities.

If "Customer service" is your first listed duty, then there is no way a VO will see you as a manager. Read the NOC description, hopefully you will see that there is a huge difference between what you wrote and what is expected of a manager.
