I have the following duties listed on my experience letter from a US based employer who I have been working for the last 4 years. Can someone tell me this looks OK for NOC 0213 ??
• Lead a team responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing use of organizational financial decision support software systems in integrated health systems and hospitals.
• Estimate project budgets and controls for system implementation projects and use key financial indicators to manage project budget and proactively undertake corrective actions if necessary.
• Identify and track areas of risk, develop mitigation plans, and build consensus on key project decisions. Manage resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Play a leadership role in developing client relationships and assume the role of the executive client’s trusted advisor for and drive innovative strategies to improve business performance.
• Manage and direct staff/resources on projects to prioritize work tasks, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, and ensure work products meet quality standards.
• Utilize healthcare policies and financial concepts including budgeting to manage, analyze, and lead healthcare organization executives in projects to restructure their business processes and cultures to optimize decision-making and planning.
• Take ambiguous and complex business problems and use research and business assessment capabilities to define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Conduct problem solving and analytical assessments to determine, recommend and plan the implementation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
• Utilize SQL in relational database scripting and querying protocols to assist with the implementation and optimization of the client’s use of the product.
• Identify data elements in order to develop and maintain automated interfaces to and from the client’s ERP.
• Work with hospital’s clinical engineering departments to mine and extract asset data from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems or and Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Evaluate factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine implementation configuration.
• Supervise three (3) employees: Consultants.
