NOC 0213. Case Provisionally Accepted

Dear Friends
As I was observing many rejection and found Canadians more strict in this NOC , so my fear level was at extreme..but yesterday i received letter that my case has been provisionally accepted.They didnt even inquire from my employer
Millions Thanks to Almighty Allah.

I think Aanban and Bobby both are in the same NOC

Which embassy did you applied in??

Any idea what is meant by provisionally accepted?Is it some sort of confirmation before appearing for final interview?

As one senior explained to me, He does not think CIC is more strict on 0213. Its only that more people who are on this forum and talk about their NOC are 0213. Also lots of people taking chances with 0213 when they don't qualify for it. It has nothing to do with strictness but bad application. So well done. it means you had their definition of 0213.

Yes thats true.....it has nothing to do with the NOC Category instead it's bad application which hurts.

Congrats. I have also submitted full application in the same category on 8th June 09 to CHC. How much time it took for reply from CHC. Please share with me. Best of luck for rest of the stages. May God help us all....Ameen.

PA means IO is satisfied with the documentary proof and next stage is medical.Interview may be waived but CHC has right to take interview at any time..but i observed interview before PA in many cases as if IO found any query to be explained by the applicant ,he may call the applicant for interview.

@ITApplicant - Prov acceptance is something that Islamabad gives after the final application is accepted ok. New Delhi doesn't pet any such animal. it direcly sends meds and PPR if it finds everything is ok..

BTW I am also on 0213 with 13 years of IT experience and Currently Buffalo is processing my documents.
