Hello, I recently applied for outland spousal sponsorship for my wife. I live Canada but commute to US for wprk every day.
1- Do I get NOA when I fill Canadian tax? Does everyone who fills Canadian taxes get NOA or just people who work in Canada?
2- I recently moved to Canada so I will be filling the tax in few weeks. I wrote a letter of explanation and added my American paystubs, Job Verification Letter, Job Offer letter. Will that be enough?
